AI Sweet Terms of Service

1. Welcome and Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using the AI Sweet Subscription Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Subscription Service.

2. Description of AI Sweet Service

AI Sweet is an AI-powered chat application that offers:

• Free Tier: Limited chat interactions, basic AI features, and occasional ads.

• Subscription Tier:

• Unlimited chat interactions (no conversation limits).

• Ability to create and customize AI chat roles.

• Ad-free experience.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The following Subscription Plans are available:

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle unless canceled.

• Payment Method: All payments are processed via Apple Inc. (Apple) through the App Store’s in-app purchase system.

• Billing Responsibility: You are responsible for all charges to your Apple account.

• Subscription Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately but does not refund the current billing cycle.

• After cancellation, your subscription will end upon the current period’s expiration, and auto-renewal will stop.

5. Cancellation Support

• How to Cancel:

1. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.

2. Tap the AI Sweet Subscription and select “Cancel Subscription.”

• Apple Account Cancellation: You acknowledge that only Apple can manage your subscription, and AI Sweet cannot cancel or adjust your subscription directly.

6. Privacy and Data Security

7. Termination

Either you or AI Sweet may terminate these Terms:

• By You: Cancel the subscription as described above.

• By AI Sweet: We may suspend or terminate the service if you violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized use, or abuse the system.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
